We’re thrilled to announce that our school has been accepted into Peace Proms 2025! Our choir features talented 5th class students along with some enthusiastic 6th class members. Everyone is buzzing with excitement as we look forward to learning our new songs. It’s going to be a great experience and we can’t wait to perform together on the 2nd March next year in the University of Limerick.

5th class are really enjoying art this year!

We’ve been experimenting with paint, mixing colours and exploring different techniques to create vibrant textures and effects.

Alongside this, we’ve started learning about one-point perspective, discovering how to create depth and dimension in our drawings.

In 5th class we had an exciting time learning about Data Handling this week.
We explored how to read and interpret various types of graphs, including bar charts, pictograms and line graphs.

During our maths stations we took it a step further by creating our own bar charts on the chrome books using data we collected on different topics.
